Timetable 2012
There will be no classes next week Tuesday 14 February (Ashtanga open) and Wednesday 15 February (Jivamukti open) as the hall will be used. Classes will continue as per normal after next week.
Tuesday 6 - 7.30pm
Ashtanga Vinyasa open class
Class suitable for people with some/limited yoga background or previous experience of Ashtanga yoga.
Mysore students are also welcome to drop-in and will be assisted by a teacher where possible.
Wednesday 6 - 7.30pm
Jivamukti yoga open class
Class suitable for those with some/limited yoga experience as well as those with more experience. This class is a flowing and dynamic practice that also incorporates philosophy, ancient yoga scriptures, ahimsa (non-violence), bhakti (devotion), music (from contemporary to classical), and meditation.
NOTE, as the hall is being used, there will be no yoga classes on these days:

Wednesday 4 April, Tuesday 10 April, Wednesday 11 April.
Private classes are also available, cost $75 for 90 minutes (depending on location)
Mats are supplied however you are encouraged to bring your own.
