There will be no classes next week Tuesday 14 February (Ashtanga open) and Wednesday 15 February (Jivamukti open) as the hall will be unavailable. Regular classes return the week after in the hall behind St Ninian's church in Lyneham, 150 Brigalow St (cnr Mouat & Brigalow St)

Paul Frechtling Ashtanga yoga workshop, 2-4 March
Ashtanga yoga is a physically dynamic, flowing and challenging spiritual practice which links a traditional sequence of yoga postures with the breath. Join Blue Mountains and Sydney based senior Ashtanga yoga teacher Paul Frechtling for an inspiring exploration of the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga method
Friday 2 March, 6-8pm: Led class focusing on the first half of the primary series
Saturday 3 March, 8-10am: Techniques, bandha's, core stability & pranayama
Saturday 3 March, 2-4pm: Led Full Primary Series
Sunday 4 March, 8-10am: Mysore style (self-practice class with guidance)
Cost: $120 for the whole workshop (all 4 classes) or $35 per class
Venue: Jolly Frog Yoga Studio, 3/32-36 Colbee Court, Phillip, Canberra

Yoga Australia Conference 2012, 28-29 April.
The second annual Yoga Australia conference will be held at the Novotel Sydney Manly Pacific. This event will bring together yoga teachers from all different styles and traditions. Leading keynote speakers, master-classes, teaching specialisation, and workshops on philosophy, practices, teaching skills and the latest science will form the foundation of the weekend conference.
