Cat Moves Yoga aims to provide a fun, safe, inspiring and accessible yoga experience. We promote a genuine and authentic approach to teaching yoga to the Canberra yoga community. Students will practice the ancient tradition of yoga which originated from India many thousands of years ago based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Jivamukti method.
Yoga improves posture, encourages the body to become healthier and stronger, brings focus to the essence of the breath, improves concentration, and relaxes and clears the mind. Ultimately it can transform thinking and awareness and provide a platform towards spiritual growth.
Classes are held at the Lyneham Primary School dance studio - see location.
Classes are held during the following periods Tuesday 17 April to Friday 6 July Monday 23 July to Friday 28 September Monday 15 October to Friday 30 November
