Cat Moves Yoga aims to provide a safe, inspiring and accessible yoga experience. Cat Moves promotes a genuine and authentic approach to teaching yoga to the Canberra yoga community. Students will practice the ancient tradition of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga which originated from India many thousands of years ago.
There are many benefits of Yoga. Yoga improves posture, encourages the body to become healthier and stronger, brings focus to the essence of the breath, improves concentration, and relaxes and clears the mind. Ultimately it can transform thinking and awareness and provide a platform towards spiritual growth.
